Alston Tract hunt November 19, 2009 - Second hog

This is the second hog we got on the Alston Tract hunt. Monkey bayed this boar in a nasty swamp. We walked closer to him and got the young dogs to go to him. This hog broke when they got there and he ran deeper into the swamp but the dogs stopped him pretty quick. We had a tough time getting to him, having to crawl under and over vines, fallen trees, etc. He cut Monkey and one of the young dogs before we got him down.  Monkey is now sewn up and will be out of commission for about 10-14 days.Good Russian looking hog.
